Salt & Flame was inspired by my upbringing on the coast, where the ocean was always a constant source of calm, beauty and creativity. The idea for salt & flame began when I poured my first candle into a real shell, what started as a small experiment quickly turned into a passion. Each shell is cleaned, prepared and hand poured by me, creating a unique piece that carries the softness and stillness of the ocean. salt & flame is a small independent brand built from the beauty of nature.

Natural Materials

Each candle begins with simple clean ingredients; natural soy wax, real hand collected shells, and gentle  fragrances. I avoid anything unnecessary: no harsh chemicals, no synthetic dyes, nothing overpowering.  

Craft Process

Every shell is carefully selected, each shell is completely unique. Each shell is washed and gently polished to ensure it’s safe, smooth, and ready to hold wax. I melt natural soy wax and blend in clean fragrances. The wax is then hand poured carefully into each shell, allowing it to settle naturally. This step gives every candle its soft organic look. Mini shells are added while the wax is still warm. Every  finished candle is wrapped securely using eco friendly packaging, ready to be gifted or displayed.
